Telling the story of a new breed of shared workspace

The challenge

Second Home was an innovative, B-Corp shared workspace brand with locations in London, Lisbon, and Los Angeles. Despite its unique focus on sustainability, biodiversity, and architectural innovation, the company needed to overhaul its marketing channels to better tell the stories of its members and its spaces.

The approach

Operating as a consultant for the co-founders, we rebuilt the brand's content ecosystem. This included creating a comprehensive web magazine to host member stories and long-form content.

We expanded the brand's visual storytelling by commissioning and executive-producing a film for NOWNESS with director Beatriz Sastre, which chronicled the transformation of an old carpet factory into a vibrant business hub. Additionally, we launched a dedicated Instagram presence for the company's Libreria bookshop.

The outcome

The new content channels successfully articulated the brand's unique ethos to a wider audience. The bespoke film elevated the architectural narrative, whilst the newly launched Libreria Instagram account quickly gained over 10,000 followers, driving significant engagement for the brand's cultural offshoots.
