In 2025, Jotter elevated Frontify's market position by developing a content platform that established the software company as a thought leader in brand strategy.
We built an expansive brand halo marketing ecosystem, assembled a global network of specialist creators and industry leaders, and commissioned 60+ thought leadership reports on the future of cross-sector brand building.
Through strategic creative collaboration and targeted amplification, we positioned Frontify as the leading voice in brand management insights whilst creating a scalable editorial platform adopted across the organisation.
The outcome?
Frontify transformed from DAM provider to industry authority, with innovative ways of working that drove commercial alignment between strategy and business growth.

Jotter was engaged by Synthesia to position the brand as a pioneer in AI-generated video during the critical pre-unicorn growth phase. Its customer base now includes over 60% of Fortune 100 companies.
Before ChatGPT was released, we grew a viral TikTok channel using Generative AI, pioneered content formats including avatar debates and livestreams, and created enterprise demos for clients like Deloitte and EY.
Our scalable synthetic media production established new ways to showcase AI video capabilities at scale.
The result?
85+ million views, 700k+ followers, and a 300% increase in user-generated content.

The Future Laboratory
Jotter worked with The Future Laboratory’s C-suite to transform their digital presence and increase revenue across its Trends Intelligence division.
We led the complete relaunch of their e-commerce site, directed editorial for the LS:N Global subscription platform, and created innovative digital microsites that replaced traditional event installations.
Our work included launching the Critical Horizons podcast, implementing an LLM-powered research system, and developing the interactive Trend Tracker experience for their 20th anniversary.
The impact?
Report sales increased by 600% in both value and volume, social media followers grew by 143%, and we generated 11,000 newsletter sign-ups in just 30 days.
We successfully pivoted the business to digital formats whilst influencing over 50% of membership deals.

Jotter led the creative direction for an AWS client experience at the Montreal 2024 Grand Prix.
In collaboration with the Jack X team at IPG, we developed a proprietary AI photo booth using Titan and Bedrock technology that transformed AWS corporate guests into fictional racing drivers. Guests printed their portraits as personalised mementos of the event.
What we achieved:
A memorable brand experience that showcased AWS's AI capabilities in an unexpected, playful way. The installation was so engaging that even F1 drivers couldn't resist having a go.
It’s Nice That

Jotter guided It's Nice That through a strategic brand repositioning. We evolved their core mission from showcasing work to actively inspiring global creativity.
We conducted a comprehensive content and performance audit, analysed publishing data and workflows, and engaged stakeholders through surveys and SWOT analysis.
Our strategic approach developed new content formats designed to educate and inspire whilst establishing a long-term vision for platform development.
The transformation:
We flipped INT’s core mission from “Championing Creativity” to “Inspiring Creativity” and delivered an actionable 1-3 year content roadmap with optimised editorial workflows.
As the team noted: “The shift from ‘Championing’ to ‘Inspiring’ has fundamentally changed how we approach our content and community engagement.”
Dazed Media
Jotter’s founder pivoted Dazed’s print magazine into a global digital-first youth movement while maintaining its influential cultural voice.
We developed a commercial digital-first editorial strategy across all platforms, created innovative audience engagement initiatives like the Dazed 100, and secured global brand partnerships with Apple, Nike, Converse and Calvin Klein.
Our content strategy included consulting for Frank Ocean's Boys Don't Cry magazine and interviewing cultural icons such as Beyoncé, Daft Punk, and Scarlett Johansson.
The cultural shift:
Digital traffic grew from 200,000 to 3 million unique visitors whilst building a social following of 1+ million on Twitter, 800k on Facebook, and 600k on Instagram.
We successfully positioned Dazed as the digital leader in youth culture media, managing a team of 30+ creatives and producing viral video content that generated 4+ million views.
